Rev. Msgr. James L LeBlanc is originally from Michigan and was ordained in 1996. Prior to becoming a priest, he practiced law in New York and Columbia, SC, and taught at the University of South Carolina School of Law. It was after hearing Pope St. John Paull II preach at Williams Brice Stadium on September 11, 1987 that he was led to answer the Lord’s call to become a priest. He has served many parishes around our state, and was appointed paster of St. Theresa’s on February 28, 2017. He also serves as paster of our sister church, Transfiguration in Blythewood, SC. Please feel free to call him Father Jim.
